1. Is there free delivery?
Delivery is free within the Jurisdiction of Federal Teritory of Kuala Lumpur and City Council of Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam and or within the Post Codes stated below; under the conditions that there is a Minimum purchase of 3 pints (3x473ml) of Gelato, or 8 cups (8x100ml) of Gelato OR 1Kg of any Gelato Cake. Other places will be quoted upon order.
Note the post codes for each region are such:
Petaling Jaya: 46000 - 47830
Shah Alam: 40000 – 40990 , Puchong: 47100 - 47190
Subang Jaya: 47500 – 47650, Klang: 41050 - 41200
Kuala Lumpur: 50000 – 60000, Ampang: 68000
Kajang, Cheras, Seri Kembangan: 43000 - 43300
If your Post code is within with these numbers then the Free Delivery option is

2. What is your Operational Hours/Delivery Time?
3. What does “Custom Design” gelato cake mean?Delivery is available every Monday to Saturday weekly. Public Holidays NOT included.
Custom design entails things such as writings, decorations, as well as the flavour of the gelato cakes (2 flavours a cake). The cake also comes in either 500g or 1kg.
To order a custom design, please contact us on WhatsApp 012-496 9620, with instruction/specification on what designs you would like. Preferably, please provide a picture as a reference, and our staff would discuss with you if said custom designs are possible. Custom designs are handled via WhatsApp and the details handled by our staff personally.
